Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (230 km / 6–7 hrs)

Your spiritual journey begins from Delhi. Drive to Haridwar, the gateway to Char Dham. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, visit Har Ki Pauri to witness the famous Ganga Aarti—a magical experience with thousands of lamps and chants. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (200 km / 7–8 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Barkot, a peaceful hill town and the base for Yamunotri. On the way, stop at Kempty Falls in Mussoorie for a short break. Enjoy the scenic mountain roads. Check in and rest at your hotel or camp in Barkot.

Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (36 km drive + 6 km trek one way)

Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, the base for the Yamunotri trek. From there, trek (or hire a pony/palanquin) to Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Take a holy dip in Surya Kund (hot spring) and offer prayers. Return to Barkot by evening. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 km / 4 hrs)

Today, drive to Uttarkashi, home to many temples and ashrams. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple—a sacred spot on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Explore the spiritual vibe of the town. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km one way)

After an early breakfast, drive through beautiful valleys and river banks to Gangotri Temple, where the holy river Ganga (Bhagirathi) originates. Take a holy dip and offer prayers. After darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi for the night.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (220 km / 8–9 hrs)

Drive to Guptkashi, a quiet town near Kedarnath, known for Ardhanarishwar Temple and mountain views. The drive is scenic, with views of river confluences and Himalayan peaks. Check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (35 km drive + 16 km trek or helicopter)

Early morning, drive to Sonprayag. Take a jeep to Gaurikund, the base for the trek to Kedarnath Temple. Trek (or take horse/doli/helicopter) to reach the temple of Lord Shiva, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. After darshan, stay overnight in Kedarnath (dorm/guesthouse/hotel/camp depending on choice).

Day 8: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (Return)

Wake up early for morning aarti and darshan. After breakfast, trek down to Gaurikund and return by road to Guptkashi. Rest and relax after a long journey. Overnight stay.

Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (190 km / 8 hrs)

Drive to Badrinath, another important pilgrimage site. En route, pass Joshimath and enjoy the natural beauty. On arrival, take a dip in Tapt Kund (hot spring) and visit Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. In the evening, attend the temple aarti. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 10: Badrinath – Mana Village – Rudraprayag (160 km / 6–7 hrs)

After morning darshan, visit Mana Village—the last village near the Indo-Tibet border. Explore Bhima Pul, Vyas Gufa, and Ganesh Gufa. Then drive to Rudraprayag, where rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini meet. Overnight stay.

Day 11: Rudraprayag to Rishikesh (140 km / 5 hrs)

Drive to Rishikesh, a spiritual town famous for yoga, ashrams, and riverbanks. Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and enjoy the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat in the evening. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 12: Rishikesh to Delhi (250 km / 6 hrs)

After breakfast, begin your drive back to Delhi. Your sacred Char Dham Yatra ends here with blessings, peace, and unforgettable memories.
